Orders within East & West Malaysia 

All confirmed orders will be dispatched in 2-5 working days via Poslaju at RM8 or a complimentary shipping above purchase of RM100. 

Alternatively, we can also arrange for a same day delivery via Grab Express if you reside in Klang Valley. Please feel free to drop us a message if you prefer this collection option. 

International Orders

We ship worldwide and all confirmed orders will be dispatched in 2-5 working days via DHL Express at USD$22 / EU€20 with a tracking number and a signature requirement upon delivery. Transit time varies based on destination country and custom's clearance but you should receive your orders in approximately 3-5 working days. You may be liable for taxes and duties in your country and Jieyanow Atelier will not be responsible for any charges incurred. 

Singapore Orders

All confirmed orders will be dispatched in 2-5 working days via Aramex Express with a flat rate of MYR22 / SGD$6.50 with tracking number. Transit time varies based on custom's clearance but you should receive your orders in approximately 3-7 working days. You may be liable for taxes and duties in your country and Jieyanow Atelier will not be responsible for any charges incurred. 

Thailand Orders

All confirmed orders will be dispatched in 2-5 working days via SF Express with a flat rate of MYR48 / THB 370.50 with tracking number. Transit time varies based on custom's clearance but you should receive your orders in approximately 3-7 working days. You may be liable for taxes and duties in your country and Jieyanow Atelier will not be responsible for any charges incurred.
